The RM1S in 9mm challenges the standard for striker-fired compact pistols by supplying the most desirable features for the most competitive price of $469 MSRP.
We are pleased to introduce the RM1S, the latest pistol in the Rost Martin RM1 series.
The RM1S is a subcompact 9mm pistol platform featuring a 3.6-inch hammer-forged barrel. The flat-faced trigger offers a remarkably short reset and clean, crisp break, with a trigger pull weight of under five pounds.
Rost Martin also further increased the amount of grip texturing in both “grit” and surface area on the RM1S, allowing for improved control, accuracy, and comfort for the smaller carry platform. A slight beaver tail allows for a higher hand grip, while the new front index finger contouring enables the shooter to “drive” the pistol for optimal accuracy and control. The rugged Tenifer® treated slide provides anti-corrosion properties and is ultra-durable, fighting against wear and tear and varying weather conditions.
Fully ambidextrous controls complement the feature-rich package, including aggressive front and rear slide serrations, a funneled magazine well for quicker and easier reloads, non-glare top slide serrations, and an optics-ready RMR cut standard on each RM1S. The RM1S accepts all other popular optic footprints, and the additional metal plates for the most popular red dot sights will be available on the Rost Martin website. The RM1S accepts popular pistol lights on a two slot Picatinny rail.
Each RM1S is supplied with both a 12-round flush magazine and a 15-round extended magazine for a carrying capacity of 12+1 and 15+1, respectively.
